Quick Pie Crust

Prep Time 10 minutes
Rest Time 1 hour

Servings 1 pie


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup water


  • In a large bowl add flour and salt. Blend together
  • Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until it resembles crumbs.
  • Add water. Mix together and form one ball.
  • Refrigerate for one hour.
