Banana Pudding

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding Follow Aunt Carmen's Vanilla Pudding recipe, halve the ingredients.
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups whipping cream use more if runny
  • 1 box vanilla wafers reserve 10 wafers
  • 6 bananas


  • In a medium sized bowl, add milk, vanilla pudding, condensed milk, and vanilla, Whisk together.
  • Gently fold in whipping cream until all combined.
  • Using a trifle bowl, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom, then add pudding mixture, add vanilla wafers placing around the inside of the bowl.
  • Continue with this process, by adding vanilla wafers, bananas and pudding until the vanilla wafers are nearly finished. End with pudding mixture on the top.
  • With reserved vanilla wafers, use five-six on a small cutting board. Using a rolling pin, roll and crush vanilla wafers.
  • Sprinkle vanilla wafer crumbs on top of pudding
  • Top with a few banana slices and remaining vanilla wafers.
