
Collard Greens and Ham Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups collard greens chopped
- 1 cup cooked ham medium diced
- 4 egg roll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
Instructions
- In a small skillet, add sesame oil.
- Add collard greens and ham, sauté for 5 minutes on low to medium heat.
- Remove from heat and place in a bowl. Set aside.
- On a cutting board, prepare egg roll wrappers in a diamond shape.
- Place collard green filling towards the middle of the wrapper and fold over edges then roll to the end.
- Seal wrapper edges with water.
- Pan fry egg rolls until golden brown.
