Guacamole Dip

  • 4 Hass avocados mashed
  • 2 tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 shallot small dice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • pinch of salt


  • Combine all ingredients into a food processor pulse two-three times until they have reached the desired consistency.
  • Cover, refrigerate to chill.
  • Serve slightly chunky.
