Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 4 roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1/4 cup corn kernals boiled
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 lime freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, add tomatoes, onions, corn, pepper, cilantro and lime juice.
  • Mix together until combined.
  • Chill and serve.

Notes

If using a blender or food processor, add all ingredients except for the corn, pulse two - three times, add corn.
