- 4 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/4-1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons at a time, until reaching a thin consistency
- 3 tablespoons meringue powder
- In a stand mixer, add sugar, 2 tablespoons of water, and meringue powder.
- Continue to add water until reaching desired thinness.
If too thin, add more confectioner's sugar. Do not make icing too thin, icing will be too runny.
