Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • 8 ounces frozen chopped spinach squeezed
  • 12 ounces jarred artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


  • In a food processor, add all ingredients together, spinach, artichoke, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and garlic powder.
  • Pulse a few times until texture is reached.
