Whipped Cream

  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar


  • Place the mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 5 minutes. (If it is glass, place it in the refrigerator.)
  • In a stand mixer with whisk attachment, add whipping cream to the cold mixing bowl. After adding cream, increase speed to high.
  • Lower speed and add vanilla, then confectioner’s sugar.
  • Increase speed once sugar is blended.
  • After a few minutes, stop the mixer once peaks are formed. DO NOT OVERMIX.
